Description

Pension Intervarko is B&B in Berlin, nice and budget accomadation in Berlin:
- situated in the very centre
- free WLAN in public areas
- bathrooms on the floor
- reception open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. (Guests who plan to arrive after 6 pm are kindly asked to inform the hotel at least 1 day in advance of their estimated arrival time). Please note, that we cannot accept any arrivals later than 11 p.m.

Our cosy guesthouse lies absolutely central in the former eastern part of Berlin. It is situated in a very popular district called “Prenzlauer Berg”, next to “Mitte”. The tramway leaves directly in front of the house and 750 meters to “Alexanderplatz” are done in 3 minutes. There you have access to one of the most highly developed under- and overground systems in europe, perfect to discover the whole city! For exmple “Potsdamer Platz” and “Brandenburger Tor” are reached in less than 10 minutes, “Wittenbergplatz” and “Ku-Damm” in less than 20 minutes. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in our street.

 

 

Terms and conditions

Advance payment is requested for guests booking around New Year's Eve (31 December).
For bookings of 3 or more rooms (group reservation), an advance payment of 50% is required. In case of group reservation apply another cancellation policies: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
