Description [en anglais]: A& A is a Hostel in the center of Barcelona in a cataloged building Join to Las Ramblas and Grant Liceu theater of Barcelona in Street Boqueria which is the way to Jewish area(St.Call)constructed on a Rock and when Barcelona was protected by high walls from enemy in Roman times, very close to Town Hall and Government of Catalunya with a walk distance to Picasso museum and Cathedral of city where every alley has his peculiar history . Surrounded by all sort of centre shops and small made shops and restaurants and bars which give you best opportunity to discover Barcelona center without wasting time in metro or bus specially at the night that those stops . Just 10 minutes by walking to port Vell for watch big and luxury ferries landed join to world trade centre and ferries office for going to Ibiza and Mallorca or Menorca Islands. Walk distance to big centre shops in Plaza Catalunya and huge arts of Antonio Gaudi with 5 Big construction (Gaudi Palace, Park Guell, Sagrada familia, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo). PLESE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY -------------------------------------------------------- * We DO NOT process cancelation request by phone or fax. That request must be send only by email 48 hours before check in date (according to Spanish time). During check-in, in reception we cannot modify or cancel your booking. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems. CHARGING NO SHOW * We charge 2 nights of your booking in case of NO SHOW or notifying less than 48 hours. On bookings more than 3 nights or more than 3 persons we charge 50% of total amount. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems. *GROUP BOOKINGS The cancelation request must be send to our email 1 week in advance. The group will be charge 50% of total amount if the cancelation email is less than 1 week. * The booking could be canceled if you don’t arrive approximately around the arrival time that is specified in your booking. * In some cases we preserve the rights of charging 1 night of your booking as a guarantee. *The beds have bed linen but there is an extra charge of 3 Euros for extra sheet & blanket. *Our private rooms have sheets, blankets and towel included. *It’s always recommended to have a copy of your booking. * There is an age restriction for our shared rooms (less than 35 years old) * There is NO age restriction for private rooms. BOOKING ON NEW YEAR PLEASE READ IT FIRST TO PREVENT ANY FURTHER INCONVENIENCE *We have 5 nights obligatory reservation between 31th of December till 4th of January. It means we cannot accept bookings less than 5 nights or out of that period. *Cancelation or modifying of bookings is NOT allowed once you made your booking unless you apply for cancelation only more than 1 week in advance. * For New Year the charging of NO SHOW or canceling less than 72 hours would be 100% amount of the booking.
