Amsterdam Flower Apartment is located near Amsterdam Flower market and Reguliersdwarsstraat. KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel. The Reguliersdwarsstraat is definitely the hippest street in Amsterdam, as far as nightlife is concerned. We are located and surrounded by cafés and restaurants its a super location to experience. Its romantic atmosphere is coupled with comfortable accommodation. Located right in the heart of the city, Flower apartments offers a apartment that is next to the world famous tourist attractions such as the Flower Market, and the Damsquare, Rembrandt and Leidse Square. The Apartment is equipped with TV and a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, coffee & tea facilities and a luxury bathroom with toilet. Our apartment is furnished with amenities to provide the comforts of home. The apartment has one double and two single beds, suitable for 4 people. Flower apartment has a narrow and winding stairway, which may not be suitable for the elderly. Sorry no wheel chair accessibility!! There is no elevator or facilities for the handicapped available. We accept cash payment only on arrival. We have an age restriction, only 18 to 45 year olds permitted. Breakfast is not included. You will get your own keys, so you can come and go as you like. Terms and Conditions 1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden. 2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation. 3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc. 4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent. 5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time. 6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in. 7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition. 8. KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel. We do not accept group bookings of 5 people or more. Read the above carefully because in the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund.
