Description [en anglais]: Green Garden is the newest hostel and certainly the pick of the bunch! We have the most prestige, quiet, and safe location right in the heart of the city between 2 stadions Red Star (Stadion Crvena Zvezda) and Partizan. So it won’t be any problem to find us out. You will spend time in a cool , calm, secure ,and peaceful atmosphere of a garden terrace, around flowers and trees, relaxing after a tiresome day of traveling in taxi's ,buses and trains, after a day of 'shop till you drop' in the many unique shops of the city, after a colorful night life, in the many variety clubs, as well as on the boat bars situated on the Sava and Dunav rivers after a long day of touring the great historical sites of Serbia, organized by the Green Garden Hostel. Our common room has nice and comfortable tables and chairs where you can have your free breakfast, coffee, tea or buy some snacks and drinks from our mini market just in hostel (same prices like in town) and share your memories and impressions with other travelers or our international staff. In fact garden terrace and common room are so comfortable that you may never want to leave the hostel! Our rooms are bright, sunny and spacious with free linen, towels and lockers just beside your bed.There is one men’s dorm room (10 beds), one women’s dorm room (6 beds) and one mixed room (5 beds). Family are welcomed in hostel into 2 private rooms (2beds and 3 beds) and children won’t be a problem. 3 separate sparking clean bathrooms 24/7 with hair dryers are prepare to make you feel fresh and relax. Now for the freebies: breakfast, coffee, tea, internet, laundry, linen and towels, lockers, and of course the best advice our assortment of local and international staff can provide. Our staff have the best knowledge of the city and will tell you the freshest places that are not yet in the guide books. Belgrade has a history that stretches back for centuries so no matter what your interests, we will be able to tell you where it is and how to get there; of course, we can also book tours to Serbian most well known and hidden tourist sites. But, you can't spend your whole time on the tour trail which is why our common room and green terrace will give you the best place to relax, chill out, meet other travelers and not to mention, the sweetest start to your night out. We have TV’s hooked up to the best sattelite networks, DVDs to watch, cards, books, magazines, board games and GREAT GREEN TERRACE with flower and trees to make your stay unforgettable! If you think it can't get better, it can. Our juicy staff are made up of locals and tourists just like you and have an intimate knowledge of the city. Night or day they will answer any question you have, and if for some reason they can't, they will make sure they find it out for you. In fact our staff are so friendly that they are known to take you out to the best night spots themselves, often organizing express entry. We have maps, organized tours to Zlatibor, Kaoponik (great mountings with best clean water, forest and air you shouldn’t miss) as well as around Belgrade and some other interesting historical places. Our reception is manned 24/7 and sells drinks, snacks and phone cards (cell phones for rent) if you get the urge to ring home and tell your mum how much you love Belgrade. Admittedly there are some things we don't have: there is no curfew, no lockout and no early check out!
