Description : Residenza Universitaria 'Maria Ausiliatrice' is near the boat stop ‘Giardini’, close to the Biennale pavillions, the Lido of venice and San Marco square. In our hostel you can find the following type of rooms: - 4 single rooms with private bathroom - 22 twin rooms with private bathroom - 4 triple rooms with private bathroom *CANCELLATION POLICY For late cancellations or no-show we charge one night stay every 4 night bookings. For example we charge one night stay for reservations from 1 to 4 nights; 2 nights stay for reservations from 5 to 8 nights etc. *SPECIALS If you book for 15 nights or more you will have a discount of 10% on the balance to pay at the hostel. Groups of 10 or more people: 5% discount on the balance to pay at reception. *PAYMENT The balance due at the hostel will be charge on your credit card at check-in.
