Description : In the heart of the red city of Marrakech, hidden away in a picturesque part of the Medina called Bab Doukhala, This old dwelling, situated at the end of a small street away from the hustle and bustle, you will be amazed to discover a vast open patio planted with flowers, lemons and grenadines. In the center is a pool, surrounded by lounging chairs, in which you can cool off and then relax in the sun. Opening onto this wonderful space is a large summer dining room, a small traditional 'baou' salon and a corner reading room. In the cooler seasons, a traditional Moroccan meal or just simply a mint tea with Moroccan pastries, is served in the dining room and salon decorated in warm colors. Three bedrooms open onto the patio. The other three bedrooms, decorated in the pure Moroccan style, are on the first floor. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and contain a safe deposit. The ensuite bathrooms are in tadelakt. All the bedrooms are individually decorated and, like the food, the flowers..Morocco, everything is full of colour including the sheets and towels. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and a safe deposit. A small kit containing soap, shower gel, shampoo, a sewing kit, toothbrush/toothpaste, shower-cap and cotton buds, and a pair of throwaway mules is for your personal use. In the traditional hammam your body scrub and massage is done by a Moroccan woman in the pure oriental tradition. A small beauty salon will complete your sense of well-being. On the terrace with views to the Atlas mountains and the minaret of the Koutoubia, breakfast and dinners are served under the shade of the 'mamouni' pergola. The cooker and her team will prepare succulent, traditional dishes: varieties of delicately spiced tajines, couscous, briouats (stuffed fluffy pastries), as well as the famous pigeon pastilla. And, let us not forget the delicious Moroccan pastries such as 'cornes de gazelles', shebbakias, ghouriba and other mouthwatering cakes. If your choice is to saunter through the souks, visit the museums, palaces., The staph of Riad will be only too happy to guide you. A complete personalized programme of excursions with car and chauffeur to the Marrakech countryside, to the Atlantic coast, or to southern Morocco, can also be organized. The Riad is situated approximately 10 minutes on foot from the famous Djema el Fnaa and about the same distance by taxi from Gueliz, ' the new town', where you will find many restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and discos. Decorated in hues of amethyst, the room reflects a soft jewel-like radiance. Here, you will feel in total harmony as you gaze on the waters of the pool. **Nahema bedroom: - small bedroom with its canopied bed and ensuite bathroom decorated in tones of coral, is delightful. Situated under the eaves of the veranda and facing the pool, you will appreciate the coolness of the room in the heat of summer **Samia bedroom: -Another small, charming bedroom with ensuite bathroom decorated in warm safron tones opening onto the patio.
