Several apartments in the same building, like an apartment hotel. We offer two apartment types: studios and one bedroomed ( 1 Bedroom + livingroom ) fully equipped apartments. Central location, clean, new apartments available all year round. Discover Budapest and have a rest in our comfortable fully equipped new holiday homes! --------------------------------------------------- DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Our centrally located fully furnished and equipped new apartments mean perfect choice to stay in Budapest both for holiday or business purposes. Based on our big capacity we can comfortably accommodate groups or bigger parties. All of our apartments are fully furnished, and equipped with Kitchen, cable T.V., clean bed sheets and towels. Several tourist attractions are just a few minutes walking distance from our apartment house, like the State Opera, Synagogue, and Liszt Ference Square (Great restaurants and cafes). The house itself is a new building was built in 2006. There are 2 elevators in the house and a nice inner garden. There is a 24 hrs security service in the apartment house next to the main entrance. UNIT FEATURES: A, STUDIO * unit size:33m2 * One apartment sleeps up to 3 pax ( we can accommodate the 3rd person on an extra bed ) * One room ( Pull out sofa bed functioning as a double bed, TV, extra bed on request ) * Kitchen corner( fully equipped eg. with microwave owen, electric kettle, plates, cutlery etc. ) * Cable TV with international chanels * Bathroom ( bath tub, WC, washing machine, hair dryer ) * We provide full bedding ( fresh bedlinen ) and fresh towels B, ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT ( 1 Bedroom + livingroom ) * unit size:55m2 * One apartment sleeps up to 5 pax ( we can accommodate the 5th person on an extra bed ) * One bedroom ( with queen size double bed ) * One livingroom ( Pull out sofa, TV, extra bed on request ) * Kitchen ( fully equipped eg. with microwave owen, electric kettle, plates, cutlery etc. ) * Cable TV with international chanels * Bathroom ( bath tub, WC, washing machine, hair dryer ) * We provide full bedding ( fresh bedlinen ) and fresh towels PARKING FACILITY: 24 hrs underground garage ( guarded ) for 15 EUR/day ( NOT included in the accommodation fee ) DINING: there are several cheap and good restaurants and breakfast places within 2 min walk.
