It only takes 3 MINUTES to walk to the Taipei Railway Station and MRT subway station (almost right downstairs!!), which makes your travel inside and outside of Taipei easier than ever. Also, more than 70 bus lines nearby will take you wherever you want to go. If you are not much of a shopping person, these transportations can provide you alternative choices to natural scenic spots such as beaches around coast line, traditional country towns, , mountain springs, national parks, theme parks, tourist ranches, aboriginal communities, places where you can have some Chinese tea with snacks and enjoy beautiful night views. Oh, and never worry about the communication problem, every one of our staffs speaks English fluently!! Nevertheless, we welcome everyone to stop by, use our service, and be our friends. Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival date. Production of passport is required at check-in. For online rates, a valid HI (YHA) Membership Card (annual fee NT$600) must be shown or purchased upon arrival. HI (YHA) Membership Cards purchased in Taiwan are accepted by all HI (YHA) hostels in over 80 countries around the World. 'Temporary' HI (or YHA) Membership Cards from other countries will also be accepted in Taiwan. Without these cards, an extra fee of NT100 per bed per night is added to the online rate for dorm bookings and be aware that from 15th Oct. 2007 an extra fee of NT$150 per bed per night will be added to the online rate for 8-bed budget dorm bookings. Additional fees also apply to double & multi-bed private rooms for non-cardholders.**Global Warming is REAL - Air conditioning will be unavailable from mid-Oct to 31 May. Hot water bathroom is available all year**
