Description : We are in the center of Rome, in the Santa Maria Maggiore neighborood, walking distance from all major monuments such as the Coliseum and the roman Forum. Also, we are just 10 minutes away from the main train station and the subway stop is 20mst from our door. Completely renewed, we offer comfortable rooms with an ensuite bathroom (with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer), ceiling fan, tv and safe box, free city maps and a multilingual staff ready to assist you with tips on city habits and events. Our rooms all have an ADSL WIFI connection that we offer for free to our guests; just bring your laptop and keep in touch with your friends (free use of USB phone for SKIPE included as well). A RICH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS SERVED IN THE MORNING DIRECTLY IN YOUR ROOM ( 8am to 10am). TERMS & CONDITIONS : - Please note that we require payment in CASH or traveller cheques upon arrival. - All our rooms have king size beds: email us to request 2 twins or triple beddings. - If cancellation occurs 72 hours before the arrival date ( 3 days max before arrival), first night will be charged. For cancellations/alterations with less than 3 days notice or for no-shows, ENTIRE BOOKING AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED. - Since we don't live at Domus Victoria, we need you to confirm your arrival time and respect it. Please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterwards by e-mail. This is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day.
