Description : IT'S 20 MIN OUT OF VENICE!!! BUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE RAILWAY STATION BETWEEN VENICE AND PADUA! SO IT'S JUST 20 MINUTES FROM VENICE AND 10 FROM PADUA BY TRAIN. THE FLAT HOSTS UP TO 10 PERSONS AT 12€ PER PERSON!!! The 'Magic Venice2 apartment' is located in front of Vigonza railway station, in only 20 min. you arrive on the S.Lucia Central Station, in the heart of Venice, only 15 min. from St. Mark's Square and 10 min. from Rialto's Bridge, on foot. In only 10 min. you arrive in Padua, one of the most ancient university centers in the world, where you can find: Basilica di S.Antonio, Cappella degli Scrovegni, Chiesa degli Eremitani, and the wonderful 'Prato della Valle'. Also, the apartment is in the heart of 'Riviera del Brenta'. The 'Riviera del Brenta' is composed of a long chain of small towns wich extend along one of the principal routes from Venice to Padua. It can be reached by taking the sinuous road which flanks the peaceful Brenta River. Along the Brenta there are some splendid villas, among them, several of Palladio's masterpieces. Starting out from Malcontenta, the visitor first notices the famous Villa Foscari, designed by Palladio. Continuing along, numerous other villas are seen:to name only the best-know, there is the guest house of Villa Valmarana, facing Villa widmann on the other side of the shore at Mira Porte; Villa Angeli at Dolo, and the last but not least, the most imposing of all the Riviera villas: Villa Pisani at Stra. These treasure houses exhibit to the public Tiepolo's frescoed halls, at Guarana; the fabulous hall of shields; the labyrinth, and other reflections of eighteenth century Venetian life, in which it is fun to get lost and then to rediscover the intricacies of the past. The chearming villa, is at 2 km. from 'Magic Venice2 apartment', easily reachable by bike or you may go on one of the many organized riverboat tours. (The 'Burchiello' it's available from April to October, the price for person is about 70 euro and the tour starting in Venice at half past eight in the morning and finishing to Padua at half past seven in the evening. If you are interesting we will offer to you more information on your arrival). The apartment is located in a quite zone, with a little private garden, an equipped adventure playground for children and a car-park/bus-park, for our guests. Alice will be happy to welcome and provide hospitality to you and your loved ones, your friends, your family, and your pets. The apartment is composed of:(on the ground floor) 2 double room, one room have other 2 singles bed, for a total of 6 beds and other 4 beds on the first floor for a total of 10 beds. An entrance-drawing room with a kitchen equipped and a big bathroom with shower. The apartment includes all the comforts such as heating system, TV satellitar and drinks-fridge. CHECK-IN: at 13.00 Bed linen are not included. The price is 2 euro per person. N.B Cancellation policy by noon of 3 day prior to the arrival date. Late cancellation will be charge as per the minimun lenght of stay confirmed in the reservation.
