Once inside, one can enjoy its unique works of art such as the fantastic Mudéjar moulded ceilings from the XV century, the hotel also has the most important Roman remains found in Segovia, apart from the Acueduct, and that is the “Aljibe” which was the biggest cistern in the city and now has been turn into an elegant meeting lounge with the best views of the Guadarrama mountain range. The 40 rooms in the hotel are set in a charismatic historical setting. Apart from the hotel´s services and the access to the old Jewish area one can also enjoy “ El Fogón Sefardi” our Jewish Restaurant with room for 230 persons.
