Description : The private STUDIO APARTMENT is great for a couple. The cute little studio has one bedroom with double bed, living area with couch, table and chairs for 2, and 2 large closets. The living area also has 2 large window doors that open up to a small balcony that over looks the busy pedestrian street below. There is also a fully equipped ktchen, and private bathroom with tub/shower. The STUDIO GOTTICO physical setting is superb because it is situated close to Las Ramblas, perfect location for anyone wanting to be in the centre of town and walking distance to many of Barcelona attractions. The famous Rambla, Placa Reial, Theatre Liceu and Barrio Gothic are just outside your door. The Cathedral is with in 7 min. walk. Many main attractions such as Picasso Museum, Port Vell, and Arc Del Triumph are all with in 15 min. walk. The metro and bus is just a 5 min walk. As well as shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, museums, internet cafes, metro and bus are all with in a few minutes walk. Vacationers, If you are looking for an accommodation that is clean, fresh, new, with great furnishing and with a unique quiet central location then the Apt. Gottico is an easy choice for your Barcelona vacation. There is a cleaning fee 35 euros and 200 euros security deposit (100% refundable at check out) Apartment Conditions: NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.) FREE CHECK IN: 12 pm to 21 pm FREE CHECK IN: 11:30 hrs to 21 hrs LATE CHECK IN CHARGES: 25 euros (21:01 hrs to 23:00 hrs) 50 euros (23:01 hrs to 1:00 hrs) 75 euros (01:01 hrs and on) CHECK OUT: 11 am SECURITY DEPOSIT/CLEANING FEE: 200 euro SECURITY DEPOSIT required(100% refundable at check out.)There is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee. (This 35 euro cleaning fee is to pay to have the apartment cleaned after your stay.) NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)
