Description : This recently renovated and comfortable apartment is located next to the world famous Flower market and Rembrandssquare.The building is facing the world famous Flower market of Amsterdam. KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel. This beautiful fully furnished apartment is located in the heart of the nightlife of Amsterdam. this apartment provides easy access to all the notable locations and is set in a neighborhood with trendy boutiques and friendly cafes. Our apartments are right in the centre of the city, so you can easily walk to all attractions Amsterdam has to offer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 big living room so it’s comfortable for 4 guests. The apartment is equipped with additional amenities such as a DVD and a full-equipped open kitchen. Terms and Conditions 1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden. 2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation. 3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc. 4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent. 5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time. 6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in. 7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition 8. Age Restrictions - 18 to 45 years only. 9. KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel.
