Descrizione [in inglese]: THE PRICE QUOTED IS FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE (4 PEOPLE). There are 2 separate double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in this house, but you must book the entire house to stay here. Therefore choose the 4 bed room option above. Independent barn completely restored in 2000. The original structure was preserved while maximizing its internal open spaces. The barn is on three levels and has several entrances. The main private entrance is composed of panoramic glass doors which open outside to a paved courtyard, inside to a sitting room. Down one step is the living room with fireplace and panoramic window. To the left of the sitting room is the study. A steel staircase leads to the upper floor with doors opening to a double bedroom and to a complete bathroom with bathtub. From the living room, a short open staircase leads down to the spacious dining room with TV. The kitchen is attached and is fully equipped with a gas range, stove, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. A door in the living room opens onto a fully furnished terrace. A flight of stairs leads down to a double bedroom with a complete bathroom with shower and a door to the outside. The house is completely ready to live in with linen and towels provided. The barn is finely furnished with quality pieces and parquet floors. Casale is an old farm on the hills of Siena’s Chianti region. The housing complex is composed of a big white building and some independent barns steeped in the green of the vineyards and olive-groves. One of the barns has been restored by the owners, who are a young architect, his mother and his sister. Casale is in a panoramic, secluded area that offers maximum privacy, quiet and great possibilities for walks in the surrounding woods. Pontignano, one of the most beautifull and important Carthusian monasteries in Tuscany, is 1 km. All shops can be found in Vagliagli, which is approximately 5 kms away, or Siena, which is located 7 kms from the house. YOU WILL NEED A CAR TO ACCESS THIS PROPERTY. After reserving, an appointment is made to meet at the property to recieve the keys and be shown the house.
