Descrizione [in inglese]: This wonderful urban Bed & Breakfast is located in the safe and stylish part of the city, the Eixample, where most of the wellknown 4 & 5 star hotels are located. Just 5minutes walking distance away from the city center (Plaza Cataluña) and great walking conections to all of the other interesting sites in the city. The apartement, owned by the writer Martin Tusquets, is located in a typical 1890s historic building. Decorated by two catalan designers,the B&B has 5 double rooms and 1 single room sharing 3 complete bathrooms (1 bathroom per 2 rooms). All bedrooms and bathrooms have secure, individual door locks. This B&B has a common kitchen, a salon-living room, and a little sun-filled terrace where you can have breakfast. Enjoy the light and fresh air of this friendly B&B full of balconies, colors, sun and city views. Feel the difference between renting a non-descript hotel room, and staying in a stylish house of 240m^2 with other interesting travellers looking for a more authentic lodging experience.
