The 1st district is within 5 minutes walking distance. * No curfew * Washing machine + Dryier (4x2€coins, total €8 for both) * Self-catering Facilities * If you book a whole apartment you will have private shower and toilet The house was built in 1805. The APARTMENTS are very SIMPLE and have central heating, wooden floors, small kitchen-corner, PRIVATE SHOWER & TOILET, dishes, linen and towels. There is a WASHING MACHINE and drier for all guests, it works with €-coins. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard. Cheap public phone shop around the corner. Internet-cafe close by. Warning: please do not expect any fun or entertainment in the house. It is just accomodations in a QUIET SAFE AREA very CLOSE to the CITY CENTRE. Please note: We do NOT have a RECEPTION DESK. The house is accessible only for guests who are handed in the keys. 'GUIDED' ARRIVALS ARE POSSIBLE: Everyday: 15:00-19:00. If you wish a guided arrival, it is necessary that you let us know your exact TIME OF ARRIVAL, someone will have to wait and let you in. 'SELF-ENTRY' IS POSSILBE: Everyday 19:00-24:00 If you want to arrive after 19:00 you can enter by yourself. Contact us after your booking via email and we will let you know how! Make sure to leave your emailadress and your mobilenumber, so we can send instructions via email or SMS. MOVE IN & MOVE OUT: Accommodations are cleaned and ready to move in by 17:00pm at the latest.
