Situated in a pedestrian street in the neighborhood of Borne, the apartments offer tranquility and quiet due to the scarcity of street noise and the sound-proofing of the building. They also benefit from splendid natural light throughout the whole day. The building is located near the Picasso Museum and the archeological sites in the Borne. The building has been completely rebuilt, with four floors and an elevator. Large apartments and studios with lots of natural light.
