Stanza piccola e veramente di merda

Исключительное расположение отеля сводит на нет шум на улице, значительную мобильность и смену проживающих. Очень удобно и комфортно на небольшой срок. Удачи!

La pensión se encuentra muy bien ubicada. El acceso al entrar puede ser difícil ya que sólo hay un ascensor muy antiguo. Los cuartos no cuentan con baño y los únicos dos disponibles se encuentran lejos. No hay desayuno, pero al menos hay cocina y heladera. No había microondas durante mi estadía. El cuarto es relativamente cómodo pero a través de la ventana, aún cerrada, se escuchan ruidos y gritos gran parte de la noche. El personal es irregular: hay algunos muy amables e informados, y otros mucho menos.

Serviço de quarto péssimo, sujo, reservei pelo site do hostelsclub quando cheguei era um quarto horrível e disseram que pelo site do hotel era outro quarto, sem segurança. Não recomendo

In zona c'è di meglio allo stesso prezzo. Poca cura è poca manutenzione.

Es agradable el lugar, muy cerca de la central de trenes, el personal es muy amable. No me gusto que el desayuno no estuviera incluido.

バスとトイレが一緒で、ワンフロアに一つか二つしかない為、五六部屋あるなかトイレにいきたくても風呂入ってて行けない、、、ってことがしばしば。

でもスタッフいい人だし、立地もよく、よかったです。

The receptionist could be very rude. He had a terrible argue with another guest, that we heard from our room. (1floor between). We booked 4 nights and after 3 they said, we missed the check out time (in a very unfriendly tone). We had to show our reservation, then he was friendly again. Ambivalent feeling at this place. Also the heating dind't work...

è andato tutto bene. siamo stati trattati molto bene dalla staff e l'ostello offriva tutto il necessario. Buon Natale!

Il posto in cui si trova è ottimo perché è proprio in centro e facilmente ripetibile !

mi son trovato benissimo, è comodissimo, ad un passo da S. Maria Novella, sempre pulito e i signori che lo gestiscono son stati disponibili e gentili..che dire se torno a Firenze ci torno al 110%

The hotel is just few minutes walk from the main train station, which was very convenient. Its also very close the city centre (Doumo). The hotel was clean the the staff were friendly. The shared WC is a little away from the room (depending which room you get). It could get a bit noise at night as the hotel is close to a main road.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt velünk. A szállás mindenhez nagyon közel van. :P A városban nem sok a látnivaló szóval szerintem 1-2 nap bőven elég rá.:/

visto il prezzo assai ridotto direi che c'è da rimanere più che soddisfatti, molto pulito, recep 24 ore su 24, asciugamani in camera. personale molto cordiale. un po rumoroso per il casino in strada però molto centrale e ottimo per spostarsi a piedi. spartano ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Fünf Minuten vom Bahnhof,zehn Minuten von der Ponte Vecchio und zehn Minuten vom Rest der Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt ist das Ottaviani ein Highlight unserer Reise.Die Zimmer sind zwar ziemlich veraltet aber absolut sauber und die Rezeption ist sich für keinen Insidertipp zu schade. Wir hatten sogar einen sehr schönen Balkon für uns alleine-der einzige Haken war,dass man für das Frühsück extra zu zahlen hatte,maber da gegenüber ein super Bäcker liegt war das kein Problem für uns- wunderschöne Zeit in Florenz ;-D

I highly recommend Hotel Pensione Ottaviani. It made our first nights in Florence very nice due to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. I will come back here again.

It is a very nice and cosy hotel, close to the station and city centre. We visited this hotel with a large group of people (17) and they were very helpfull.

La salle de douche avec WC -commune-devrait etre nettoyée plus souvent.

L'installation douche WC est trés rustique...mais ce n'est pas cher!

Очень удачное расположение! 5 минут пешком от вокзала! Учитывая дешевезну отеля - всё отлично! Постельное белье, в номере душ и раковина. Персонал хорошо говорит по английски. Единственное - шум с улицы, окна не пластиковые и пропускают много шума. Однако, учитывая цену - рекомендую!

habitación simple sin wc, sin TV y sin aire acondicionado. Muy buen trato y atención. Pude dejar las valijas y al retirarlas, por la tarde, me permitieron usar el baño para higienizarme un poco.

Precio acorde a la habitación con buena ubicación cerca de la terminal de tren y a pocos minutos del centro. No incluye el desayuno

Muito bem localizado, atendimento simpático e eficiente. Preço coerente. Café da manhã básico, mas suficiente. Eu voltaria.

We had a fantastic time in Florence and the Ottaviani made it even better! great, friendly staff (thanks again Giovanni! ;)), clean rooms and a perfect location was just what we wanted to enjoy our stay. perfetto :)))

Close to the train station and historical centre of Firenze, nice breakfast. We had a room with shared WC, but we had a shower in the room. The room was very big. Quite noisy during the night. We do recommend this place.

Situa-se numa zona extremamente privilegiada visto estar perto da estação de comboios e a um passo de inúmeros monumentos. O staff é muito simpático e prestável. As condições de higiene são boas e procederem à arrumação do quarto diariamente. Se regressar a Florença não exitarei em voltar a ficar lá.

Excellent location, clean and safe...

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Un accueil très agréable. Le bruit de la rue peut parfois être un peu gênant et le matelas n'est pas des plus agréable. Toutefois, l'hotel est charmant pour un court séjour.

really nice the rooms are very spacious one of the best hotels I stayed in my trip I had a really good time plus florence is an small city so you can walk around all day long and the hotel will be nearby

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de trenes y de las plazas y calles nás importantes... Buena atención y muy cómodo. Las habitaciones son bastante limpias al igual que los baños.

Good size room and bed. There is a shower in the room but is super small. Still ended up using the public shower. Nice staff. Pretty close to the station.

A very small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. It's location minutes from the train station is ideal. It is close to everything. The breakfast was great and a fantastic value as well!

Hotel Ottaviani was very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They even helped us book our flights to Sicile (the flight website was in italian only). The location is great, it's very close to the train station and walking distance to just about any sites in the city. It's not the kind of place to stay to meet new people, but if you're there to discover the city then it's perfect for you.

フィレンツェ中央駅から徒歩10分足らずなので、観光には適していると思います。若干見つけにくいのがネックですが。スタッフは英語を話せるし、親切な対応をしてもらえました。部屋はきれいだったものの、バス・トイレは使いづらかった印象があります。

El sitio está muy bien situado, es higiénico y el personal es majete. Además, un precio asequible para estudiantes y trabajadores son muchas pelas, en comparación con otros alojamientos.
