Hotel “Žemaitės” was founded in 1993. The hotel is located not far from the city center, also not far from bus and railway stations, it is not far and easy to find exhibition centre “Litexpo”. In the year 1993 hotel had only 23 rooms, in the year 2006 hotel was renovated and now it has 70 rooms.
Hotel “Žemaitės” was the winner as the most hospitable hotel between small hotels in 1999.
In year 2002 July our hotel was given three stars 
There is a parking lot behind our hotel and it is free of charge for our hotel guests. All rooms are connected with security system and if guest require there is safe deposit boxes.
There is a lift in the hotel, a conference room for 25 persons, a sauna with swimming pool. There is a fax, xerox service in the hotel, you can use Internet in your room.
The hotel has a cosy café, where you can not only have your breakfast, but to have a good time in the evening. Our café’s working time is from 7 – 23.
Our guests can choose a single, double or two room suite. All rooms are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, refrigerators, air conditioning, nice bathrooms and all required furniture.
We can put up more than 100 visitors at the same time. And no one will be disappointed, because all rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable.
You will not be disappointed by our friendly, helpful staff too. Receptionists speak Lithuanian, English, Polish and Russian.
In our hotel the payment can be made either in cash or by the following credit cards – VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO. The payment can also be made by bank remittance.
