La Casona Española is the ideal place for all overseas students and tourist to stay while are travelling in Viña del Mar or Valparaiso area.

The House is a beautiful place, rich on history and character, was designed by the architects of the firm Fred K. Sage & Co., was built in 1920 for Mr. Humphrey Bourchier, who belonged to the promoter group of horse riding and one of the creator of The Derby ride, similar to the England Derby.
The house is located in Viña del Mar just two blocks for Chorrillos Subway station and Alvarez Avenue, great point of transportation to the different places in the area.
