About the property

Colonial House is a 1940s building,located 150 meters from the beach and in a quiet and safe city residential area. It is in perfect condition, both rooms are simple and comfortable which encourages wellness and relaxation. The furniture and offered services are specific for families, lovers, for businessman or for those who like to be away from the city noise at night.

Accommodation

The House has two types of accommodation for rent: a bedroom and an apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor (attached to the main house) and has a double room. The other room to rent, a bedroom, is on the first floor of the main house and has a double bed type King. The house has a closet wardrobe, cold and hot water, air conditioning, fan, TV set, HDP, System DVD-MP3-Radio-USB, lamps of emergency and decoration, phone, refrigerator, stove gas, cooking utensils, pitcher for the tea or matte, hair dryer.

Services and activities
The apartment is on the ground floor (attached to the main house) which consists of a double room with a double bed and a staff, dining hall, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace outdoor, and the garden, seats to share and table with chairs. The second bedroom is on the first floor of the main house and has a double bed King size, as well as a furnished room, and terrace with a personal pool, with a set of table and chairs, which make it easy to eat food in the room or on the terrace.

La Casa is one block from 5th Avenue and three blocks from the sea in a modern area of the city with access to hospitals, business centers, recreation, shopping, sports, restaurants and more, including the Tropicana Cabaret, night centers La Cecilia and Amelia Club Habana, Marina Hemingway, Palco restaurant, enclosure Ferial Pabexpo, Convention’s Palace, Center of business (Miramar Trade Center), etc.
