About the property

The property was inaugurated in November 2016 but it keeps its original architecture from when it was built, back in 1958! The staff is composed by Ricardo and Lellanys. She in charge of the apartment and she's very kind and friendly, she will be there for you, making sure everything is clean and you have everything you need! Ricardo is the manager. The atmosphere in the property is very clean and nice and they have very good recommendations from previous guests, you will certainly enjoy!

Accommodation

The apartment has two rooms with two beds each one (king and twin).

It is equipped with a safe box, air conditioning, fans, two board lamps, one mirror by room. Each two days towels, pillow cases and blankets are changed. There is one shared bathroom between the two rooms with cold and hot water, hair dryer, and the living room has a tv with digital signal and a refrigerator.

Services and activities

The common areas are the living room, the dining rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. There is also a very cozy terrace with a view to the capitol. The breakfast is an extra service they offer. The menu includes: omelet, fried or boiling eggs, bread, butter, fruit juice, fruit salad, tea, milk and coffee, honey and marmalade. Moreover, Lellanys and Ricardo can help you with a tour in Havana and you have a wifi zone 300 meters approximately from the apartment.

Surroundings

The property's location is very good, close to Havana capitol, Prado avenue, Great Havana Theater, Cristo Park, Bar El Floridita, a very famous cause Ernest Hemingway used to visit, bar restaurant Bodeguita Del Medio, Restaurant D Next, Kilometro 0, La Patchanga, squares and cathedrals since 500 years ago and many place more.

Why should you stay here

The costumer will want to return, because the apartment is so comfortable, interesting, quiet and has a very nice view over Havana capitol and the port of Havana. Moreover, it has very good environment: here you will find nice people who work hard to the satisfy and comfort of the guest.
