Hôtel Parc Even **

We enjoyed our stay in Malakoff. I wold recommend it for budget minded travelers. Very convenient to metro even if it is a ways out of the city center.

Miła, cicha okolica, w pobliżu stacja metra i targ,dramatycznie mały pokoik, ale za to duże łózko, codziennie sprzątany, bialutkie ręczniki, obsługa mówi średnio po angielsku, ale spokojnie można sie dogadać,szczególnie z młodym.Jeśli jedziecie na zwiedzanie, a pokój służy tylko do spania, to zupełnie wystarczy.

Hotel w miarę ok., ale daleko od centrum i trochę ciasne pokoje

Hotelik w bardzo dobrym położeniu,mały ale sympatyczny,blisko do metra i do marketu,w pobliżu również kawiarenki w których można wypić kawkę,bardzo ładna i cicha okolica

Na recepção apenas o básico (pedir documentos, preencher fichas e cobrar as diárias); qualquer informação solicitada era respondida secamente e as vezes grosseiramente; o plantonista da noite jogando paciência no computador, sequer olhava para nós, dizíamos o numero do quarto, nos passava a chave, jogando estava, jogando continuava. Por vezes não colocavam sabonete, nem shampoo no banheiro; no dia de fazer o check out cortaram nossa água por volta das 08 e 30 min. Enfim não rencomendaremos este hotel para ninguém de nossas relações.

Nice hotel located in suburb of Paris, still there is metro in 5 min which take you to the center in half of an hour. Rooms are tiny. Personnel doesn't speak english

I was really satisfied with Hotel Parc Even, especially all members of the staff were very kind, rooms were nice, clean....I recommend.

Perfekt place.

Pojechaliśmy do Paryża na weekend w celu zwiedzania i zobaczenia miasta. Hotel traktowaliśmy jako punkt noclegowy i jesteśmy z niego zadowoleni w 100%.

Nie jest drogi, blisko metra, czysto.

dichtbij metro (5min wandelen)

no dejaban comer en la habitacion, por lo cual no tenia frigorifico,desde la habitacion se escuchaba el resto de habitacion colindantes y en recepcion no hablan ni español, ni ingles... Ventajas: esta a minutos del metro, tiene cerca un supermercado barato y en sus calles son tranquilas.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden zwar täglich gereinigt und es wurden täglich die Handtücher gewechselt, jedoch waren überall die schwarzen Haare der Putzfrau, vor allem im Bett!! Die bereitgestellten Bademäntel waren uralt und unansehnlich. Seife war am ersten Tag nicht vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist allerdings renovierungsbedürftig.

Za te cene cudow oczekiwac nie mozna ale bylo na prawde fajnie. Traktowalismy hotel jako miejsce tylko i wylaczenie do spania i sie sprawdzil. Obsluga angielskim poslugiwac sie nie umie ale jakos sie dogadalismy. DLA SMAKOSZY ZUPEK CHINSKICH - W POKOJU JEST CZAJNIK ! Napiwkow nie chca brac nie wiadomo dlaczego :)

A very nice place, quite and very near the underground station. The room is old and small, there is basically only space for the bed, however is very clean. The only problem was our the second floor room and heavy bags, because their isn’t lift and staircase are very narrow. The staff almost don't speak English, but is very friendly.

If you want to visit Paris and you need cheap hotel, it is a good choice.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Für Kurztripps ideal. 4 min bis zur Metro.

You get enough for your money. Clean cosy rooms. Good position very close to the metro. Quite neighbourhood.

It's ok. Close to metro station. The rooms ale old but clean. For sleeping and having shower is ok! few days in Paris.

El desayuno feo, el jugo le faltaba un grado para ser vino, y ´solo hablan freances, no ingles y menos español. Realmente mal servicio

Es un muy buen lugar para llegar a dormir mas que nada, cada cuarto tiene baño propio, television y esta limpio asi que es muy comodo para eso, para fines romanticos no se los recomiendo porque se escucha todo y cuando abren otras puertas parece que estan abriendo la tuya; la ubicacion es muy conveniente ya que esta a solo unas cuantas cuadras (como 4) de la estacion del metro Malakoff Plateau de Vanves el cual esta a 17 minutos de la estacion al Louvre. Solo vayan preparados porque la mayoria de los empleados solo hablan Frances, aunque aun asi, estan dispuestos siempre a ayudar. Altamente recomendable si tu presupuesto es ajustado

I payed only 45 €/per night for a double room with bathroom. Considering that we're in Paris... That's really a really good price. And then, if we bear in mind that we can not ask for a really luxorius room for this price, I think this hotel was fine to spend the weekend. The room is REALLY small and there is basically only space for the bed... But anyway we just needed to sleep and use the bathroom in that room so it's okay. It was clean and smelled good. The bathroom is also clean and nice, not really big but enough. The hotel was really close to the metro station and even if the hotel is not in the city centre, you can get there easily with the metro. It will take you a few minutes and changing lines... but you know, maybe it's worth it for the price. I went there with my partner so you know, we didn't need any bit luxes to spend a weekend in Paris... Summing up, it was fair enough if you are a student and you need to economise!!!

El hotel es excelente para visitar París,se encuentra muy cerca de una parada de metro.Habitaciones muy buenas,modernas y con televisión.Zona sin ruidos, muy tranquila.Supermercado,panadería y mercado a 100 metros.WI-FI gratis.

Trato muy buen, aunque no hablan epañol.

Vicino alla stazione metro. Stanza pulita. Materasso pessimo. 30 minuti con la metro dal centro Parigi (almeno due volte si deve cambiare la linea - perdita di tempo).

It is a really nice place. If you want to stay for a few days for a relatively small price - it's a place for you. The room was clean, the neighbourhood was quite and safe. If you don't speak french you could have a problem in reception. The guy knew some words in english, but not so good to explain you enything. I have been for 5 days in this hotel and I did not have any problems.

Genial. Desearia que hablaran una lengua mas ademas de la del Frances.

Pero los muchachos hicieron su esfuerzo. Vale la pena.

El hotel no es muy lindo que digamos... pero para dormir está bien. Esta a las afueras de Paris a unos 10 min del centro asi que no hay problema con eso. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y en mi caso alquilamos una habitacion doble con 2 camas y los 2 ultimos dias solo nos ponian una toalla en el baño. La zona donde esta ubicado es muy tranquila.

Conveniently located very close to a metro station, though it is a bit of a ride out to this station. Staff wasn’t overly helpful, but were polite and friendly enough to deal with. Nice, clean, room in a decent neighbourhood.

A clean and cozy hotel.

A very nice place, quite and very near the undergorund station. The surroundings are also amiable and quiet. Bathroom and restroom in the room - a very big plus for me. A very good place to stay in if you want to visit Paris. I highly recommend it!

esta muy bien la relacion del servicio con respecto al costo de la habitación. Lo único que fue complicado para mi es que las personas de recepción hablaban solo frances.

first of all, this hotel isnt even in paris; its in malkaloff, a place most taxi drivers have never heard of, at any stqage of our stay either the bathroom light, mainlight and sometimes both didnt work. wouldnt stay here again

Far from the center, but near a subway station. Everything is very clean, but staff is very unpleasant.

l'ostello si trova a più di 15min di distanza dal centro, però l'ho trovato pulito e accogliente, proprio quello che andavo cercando

BAD STAFF BAD STAFF, one of the staff was a taxi driver, and we asked them for a Taxi they gave us the most expensive price lying that we can never get a better price and every time we want to cancel there was a guy saying that we found better price the guy tell us THIS is not true. WHAT?! also we had heavy luggage and instead of helping us at night to get it the guy told us that your luggage did noise!!!! but to be fare only one of the staff was nice not the rest....

esperienza posiva. le pulizie venivano fatte ogni giorno, compreso cambio asciugamani. stanza un pò piccolina ma con tutto il necessario.reception aperta 24h. quartiere tranquillo e abbastanza vicino alla metro.buon raporto qualità/prezzo. unica pecca lo staff parla poco l'inglese.

Nice stay, receptionists had no english experience, but they were kind and willing. Every day we had clean towels, in case of need new toilet paper and bed made.I would recommend this place to my best friend.
