Franz House

Prima B&B, sehr sauber, perfekt am Arno gelegen, 10 Fußmin. zum Dom. Leider sehr viel Straßenlärm, der nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Fensterläden auszuhalten ist. Aber es gibt Klimaanlage. Frühstück für 2,50 € okay, sogar Rührei wurde von Nicoletta für uns gebraten. Für den Preis echt empfehlenswert.

Bien situé est le mot qui décrit cet endroit. Tout était parfait excepté le fait que le premier soir on a cogné à ma porte pour me dire que j'allais être relocalisé. J'ai fait savoir que je n'étais pas satisfaite de la situation parce que j'aimais la localisation et que ça allait être plus loin du centre. Plus tard en soirée, on m'a dit qu'on me changeait de chambre seulement. Bon dénouement mais avec un peu de stress. Ce qui n'est pas bienvenu en vacances.

Esta muy buen. El tema de la diversion, creo que no viene al caso

We stayed at 2 beds private room for 1 night. Directions are useless, it takes forever to find a place using them, so check a map carefully before arriving. Breakfast is only 2,5 and it's very good! Towels, maps, soap and shampoo are provided, could leave luggage after check out. Wi-fi was free but signal was poor in our room.

Franz House is a very nice place! It is clean, convenient and comfortable. It also provides full breakfast if you are willing to pay.

Highly recommend! Come & stay there!

MI sono trovato a soggiornare in occasione della maratona di Firenze. La location era l' ideale per muovermi velocemente e per raggiungere sia il centro che la partenza della maratona. La singola era pulitissima e confortevole. Era una stanza senza bagno che dividevo con altri ospiti. Due bagni a disposizione nel corridoio entrambi pulitissimi.

L' unica pecca era il fatto che la via sottostante era rumorosa.

Gentile lo staff che mi ha tenuto la stanza nonostante un imprevisto che non ho comunicato per tempo.

Ci ritornerei.

Really nice place, situated in the historical center of florence. We recommend it

Muito bem localizado. A limpeza é nota 10 e por 2,50 euros por dia você tem um café da manhã feito na hora, com leite, suco, frutas, sanduiche, omelete, croissant. Recomendo.

Hostel was in a great location! A few meters from the river, and just across the river is a wonderful gelato place. My husband and I were able to walk to all major tourist attractions; indeed sometimes we would walk back to change to cooler/warmer clothes when we needed to! Staff was very nice, bathroom was clean, and we were also able to use their computer for internet access.

Close to train station and right in the centre of Florence. Convenient for our 1 night stay. However we did not receive any "free soap" and couldn't find where to have breakfast - all the doors were shut and there were no staff at the desk in the morning.

川の近くで、徒歩5分圏内に品揃えのいいスーパーがある。その場所もホテルスタッフが地図を使って教えてくれた。

チェックアウト後も、嫌な顔一つせずに夜8時まで荷物を置かせてくれた。

インスタントコーヒーや紅茶はフロントにセルフで置かれていたり、ランドリーがあったりと、便利。タオルは1ユーロ。部屋は清潔で居心地良い。周辺の観光施設へもアクセス便利！

Perfecto e economico

unico inconveniente un po' di rumore dalla strada sottostante per il resto tutto bene perche' a piedi puoi fare qualsiasi postamento nel centro citta'. per chi arriva in auto parcheggio molto molto .....costoso si consiglia di parcheggiare fuori citta' e arrivarci in treno o bus ciao a tutti
