Sauber und Bett Mitarbeiter, leider war sehr laut.

We stayed for 4 nights and were quite disappointed, as we heard a lot of good things. The location is great and everything looks good until you try to use it! The rooms are not really cleaned everyday (we see the dust) and the sheets can give a rash. The promised swimming pool and sauna are not open in the summer (didn't say anywhere) and the outside pool is only open until 19h. You are obligated to wear a swimming cap that you can buy for 7€ (also not mentioned anywhere). All common areas close at 22h or 23h which is very early for a hostel. There is no where to sit to have a social interaction with other people. So your room is all you have but if you share you can only go to bed if your roommates are asleep. The staff or doesn't speak English or are rude (or both). It would've been fine if there was just a place to sit, since there are a lot of shared rooms, where you can't really talk in the evening. They are a kinda hotel trying to be a hostel, which makes all things not good. You have to wait a very long time until the lift comes and it is a bit broken. Shower and Aircon (lot of light at night) was good. Breakfast was ok, but a bit expensive and the staff wasnt very nice.

There was an opportunity to make it a great place, but they didn't use it. The price was expensive for all the services you couldn't use, that they promised on the website. Very disappointed.

Is this meant to be a youth hostel or an elementary school/retirement home?

Lo único molesto, es un personaje que atiende una cafetería en el sótano y que cree que puede tratar mal a los huéspedes recordándoles que no están en su País. Dañó la calificación este individuo.

Me gusto este hostel por la ubicación! Las habitaciones son limpias y bonitas! Todo impecable. No me gusto que cuando contrate decia “cocina” y es solo un eapacio comun (ya habiamos hecho bastantes compras para cenar). Todo lo demás excelente! Buen hostel

Io viaggio e vivo in strutture turistiche da anni e ci ho lavorato per 6 anni il plus e uno dei migliori per la sua categoria completano la piscina e il bagno turco oltre la gentilezza del personale in sintesi il miglior ostello di Firenze

It was very expensive although you may get it cheaper on another site. Only the outdoor pool is open in summer; turkish bath and indoor pool closed. The personal locks in the room we had to fix with a pocket knife. The shower is separate from the toilet which is nice. 15 min walk from the train station. Grocery stores nearby. Too expensive for me to stay again but other than that it was a good stay.

El personal que trabaja durante el día es excelente pero el de la noche muy irrespetuoso y poco atento.

This hotel is quite a hike from the city centre. The basic services are fine but the tv in the room had not English language programmes and attempts to rectify this repeatedly failed. The same was true of the air conditioning that only heated.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Agradavel, e muito boas as oportunidades de lazer oferecidas como a piscina termica e a sauna!

Posizione buona a due passi dal centro, pulito ben tenuto

Friendly staff, clean rooms with light blankets and towels, drinks & snack machine in the foyer and 'free' wlan.

Distance from train station seemed more than "900 meters", but still within walking distance.

Located in a busy area, close to restaurants and station, awesome ambience inside, helpful staff. Had a wonderful stay!

Lo único bueno desayuno buffette...pésimo estado de las habitaciones, sin wifi

Situación excelente. Personal eficiente y atento. Las instalaciones de piscina y sauna un poco descuidadas y los vestuarios incómodos sin apenas privacidad y sin perchas para dejar la ropa.

En general bastante bien

A great place to stay; nice rooms of reasonable size and with a bathroom and shower in each room

Es sin duda el mejor albergue en el que he estado, parece un hotel. Sin embargo el wifi apenas funcionaba en las habitaciones y no se conectaba automaticamente.

Ci sono stata con una mia amica e ci siamo trovate benissimo: camera pulitissima e silenziosa, staff molto gentile e posizione centralissima. Prezzo, inoltre, davvero onesto. solo...provate il cappuccino e le brioche al bar dell'ostello: buonissimi!! Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Un buon Hostello, uno staff con una disponibilità al 100% e servito di tutto.

Lo consiglio anche per la vicinanza alla stazione centrale e a pochi passi da tutto.

L'ambiente è funzionale ed accogliente, il personale gentile. Ci sono stati problemi con la cucina: i pasti al sacco non erano corrispondenti a quanto stabilito, per i pasti consumati in loco non si è tenuto conto che il mio gruppo era formato da alunni di 10,11 anni, quindi non completamente adatto.

Рекомендую! Отличный хостел! Очень много самих итальянцев тут останавливается! Завтрак стоит 6 евро с человека но очень сытный! Стоит того.

Muy buenas instalaciones, muy comodo, te dan toallas, jabón, champú. Super recomendado.

Totalmente recomendable. El mejor hostel en el que he estado.

Maravilloso lugar ,totalmente recomendable. Piscina incluida en el precio. Habitaciones de 8 perfectas pero las de 4 increíbles. El staff muy agradable. A un paseo del duomo. Muy cerca en vía gallo está el kistch un lugar maravilloso para tomar el aperitivo de 6,30 a 10,30 pm. La comida con la copa es gratis y disfrutamos de la deliciosa cocina italiana, podéis comer todo lo que os apetece. Imprescindible en la noche de Florencia.

Fomos muito bem acolhidos, recomendamos o hostel. Limpeza, localização e atendimento são pontos fortes.

Letti appena appena scomodi, ottimo per tutto il resto. Un po' alti i prezzi per chi vuole cenare o fare colazione lì, ma d'altronde Firenze è costosa in generale. Gentilissimo e disponibile il personale, specialmente la ragazza bionda occhi verdi con tratti somatici dell'est: dolcissima, professionale e simpatica.

場所は近いのですが、サイトの説明書が少し分かりにくかったです。

スタッフの対応は良かったなと思いました。

プールやサウナ、バーなどもついていてつかわなかったけどホステル内で夜中過ごせるので、いいなと思いました。

ただ、できれば冷蔵庫があると個人的にはうれしかったです。

あと、コインランドリーは洗剤、洗濯、ドライまですると9ユーロして少し高く感じました。

A pesar de el costo elevado, bien vale la pena estar ahí, está todo muy cerca, limpio, agradable, muy bien todo!

Great location, clean, staff was helpful but always too busy and couldn't assist some things. Also, breakfast should be free, but it was all you can eat buffet for 6 euros, which isnt too bad.

Non hanno coperta per coprirsi, invece offrono due lenzuole.

Camera con Rumore insopportabile dalla piscina e bus parking proprio nella stanza, lettini con cuscini improponibili. Positivo il personale e la disponibilità della baggage room gratis.

ottima posizione, pulito e molto accogliente.

lo consiglio per giovani e adulti.
