We arrived in the hotel and we found that the reception was in another hotel. A shock for us! But we went to the other hotel to collect our keys and we found very friendly staff who gave us all the necessary information. Back to the Atlantide, we found a very nice and clean room. It was a great place during our stay in Venice!
