Cancellation must occur ONLY by email or throught your HostelsClub customer account.

Important: Amstedam Special Events
Easter (18th to 22th April)
Queen’s Day (25th and 26th April)
Pinkster (6th 7tth and 8t June)
Ascension day (29th may, 1th and 2th June)
IBC event (11th to 16th September),
New Year (30th Dec 2013 to 2nd Jan 2014)
For the above periods there is a minimum stay and cancelation policy. If you like to cancel your booking, you must let Amsterdam Hostel Centre know 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival day ( not arrival time!) true the e-mail.
Late cancelations and cancelations after arrival date will be charged 100% of the total cost.
In case of no show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost.
