Tree in Lodge is a brand new Green hostel located within 3 minutes walk from Bugis MRT station, a popular shopping and heritage district in central Singapore. There are many heritage walks and places of interest in the vicinity, such as Bugis Street Market, Little India, and Kampong Glam.
Bugis is also known for its lively food streets offering a variety of food and one is spoilt for choice by the options available within minutes from the hostel.

The unique feature of the hostel lies in its environmentally-friendly practices. The hostel has a contract with recycling company to ensure that all materials collected in the recycling receptacles are actively and properly recycled. Only non-toxic cleaning products and energy-efficient appliances can be found. The accommodation is great for the responsible traveller.

All dormitories are air-conditioned and each guest is equipped with his/her own locker and a reading light. The beds are also installed with curtains for greater privacy. There is also a female-only dormitory and toilets/showers. A common area with 24hrs Internet access, free Wi-Fi, books, lounge, kitchen, and games is also available for use for free. The hostel is accessible via security card access so guests can come in/out at any time.

Besides the above, your stay comes with the following amenities:
1. Everything -- bathrooms, floors, linens (upon arrival), windows -- is clean.
2. Drinkable water (hot/cold) is provided 24/7 (for you to battle the sometimes scorching Singapore heat). Reduce purchase of convenience stores' mineral water – reduce disposal of plastics bottles.
3. Our toilet/shower to guest ratio is 1:5 so there is less jam during peak hours usage.
4. We aim to maximise your rest and privacy. Our walls are well insulated and beds in different rooms are not up against the same wall.
5. There are free maps and information about attractions. We also have recommendations on what to do if you are seeking experiences off the beaten tracks.
6. Breakfast is offered (expect more than just bread and jam). There is also free instant coffee, tea and sugar available in kitchen area.
