The Soggiorno Fortezza Fiorentina is located on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator just a 400 meters from Santa Maria Novella and 200 meters the Fortezza da Basso which is home of the most important events locally and nationally.

Just 5/10/15 minute walk you can reach all but the works of historical and cultural interest such as the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Museum.

The Soggiorno Fortezza Fiorentina is a fully renovated apartment, and you can choose between double rooms, triple, quadruple and single.

Our private rooms are all very clean and comfortable.

Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, mini fridge,LCD TV, table with chairs, hairdryer, linen and towels, toiletries, towels, electric kettle to prepare upon any time of the day in a tea or coffee and free wireless internet.

In the rooms you will find a courtesy tray (tea, coffee, juice, croissants,jam, biscuits ) with electric kettle to independently prepare the breakfast.

In the common area you can also use the microwave.

We have one bathroom per 2 rooms with and are cleaned twice a day; bathrooms have a special automatic hygienic system for your comfort.

Check in is from 13.00 until 21.00 and check out is by 10:30 am.

If you arrive in the late morning or early afternoon there will be Jonathan to welcome you as if you arrive later, there are no problems since we installed an automatic keypad to enter our bed and breakfast. In this case the access codes will notify you and you will leave the keys in front of your room. The next morning you will be able to check-in

-If you arrive in Florence by car to the garage with a convention that we will retire the car in front of our door, and you return it when you go away. The cost for the covered parking is 15 euros per giorno.In Alternatively there are also municipal percheggi (blue) to the hourly cost of 1.00 € only from 8 to 20 working days (holidays free).
- Here are the directions to reach but if you arrive by train from Santa Maria Novella, we are very close, 5 minutes walk. With the tracks behind, exit right and go down the stairs, in front of you will find the tramway stop "ALAMANNI." . Turn right and walk along Via Alamanni incontrrete way down when a traffic light, cross the street and you are in front of a shop named "SCHIFFINIi" and café "UNICA FERMATA".
