Apartment is completely separate from the rest of the object.
As a guest you have complete privacy, and complete silence in the center of town. Windows are on the garden side.

It has one bed room, living room with kitchen,and bathroom.
In bed room there is double bed size 190x140, And in living room corner sofa with bed size 200x150.
Towels, IP TV, wifi, cable internet, telephone to call local landlines, air conditioning.

Services and activities
This is a new, warm, modern apartment with 32 square meters. It has one bed room, living room with kitchen,and bathroom. In bed room there is double bed size 190x140, And in living room corner sofa with bed size 200x150.You have everything you need to have a comfortable stay like IP TV, wifi, cable internet, telephone to call local landlines if you need to for example order catering or to call somebody. It is totaly free!There is Air conditioning to cool down hot days in Zagreb.

Surroundings
Apartment is surrounded with shops, restaurants, caffe bars, ZOO, parks, market place, banks, etc

50 meters from the apartment is bakery, shop with groceries, pet shop, shop with bio food, kiosk and flower shop.
In the front of the apartment is a bus station. Bus drives you to main square ( Kaptol ). The tram stop is 200 meters from the apartment, tram ride to the main square takes 5 minutes, and drives you directly on the main square.

 

 

Terms and conditions

Guests are responsable for personal property and valuables left in the apartment and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof. Lock the doors to the apartment from inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and window, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (tv, stove...) and turn off the taps. The contents of the apartment may only be used by persons who are registered as guests.
In the event of disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment the guest is obliged to notify the host, insofar as the disappearance or damage occurreddue to the faoult of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value. it is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartment. Handover your indentity card or passport to the host upon arrival for registration at the tourist office.
Please do not make much noise between 10. P.M. - 7 A.M.
