The property was only established in July 2016. It is basically a legalized private family establishment that provides lodging, usually short term. House Heredia is characterized by the tranquility of our surroundings and is managed by a marriage ... where the boss is Ana Maria.

Accommodation
Apartment with separate entrance (key is provided at check in) and all amenities (hot water and minibar 24 hours). It includes room, bathroom and bedroom with two double beds (possibility of another staff bed) and Patio. Services such as cleaning, linen, towels, TV, air conditioning, etc., are included in the price of lodging.

Services and activities
There are no common areas with private area of housing, but many of our guests come to talk and share with us a good Cuban coffee. Continental Breakfast when requested, with a 5 cuc fee. No internet, but there are two areas nearby WiFi. Flexible Check In / Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing / incoming guests.
