About us
We put at your disposal a room in our house, it is a house dating from the early twentieth century. It was completely renovated in the year 2000.
They will be welcomed as part of our family and we will do everything in our power to make you feel at home and to take a great experience of your stay in Havana.

accommodation
Both in the house and in the room, our guests will find all the necessary comforts to enjoy a pleasant and unforgettable stay. We offer a room with two beds, one double and one single. It is heated, with TV, DVD and fan. Towels and linen are included in the price, as well as cleaning service.
The bathroom is large and will have hot and cold water 24 hours. Our guests will enjoy all the spaces of the house.

Services and activities
We offer breakfast service for 5CUC per person per day, it is a hearty breakfast. If you want the service, it must be paid in cash and must be requested in advance. We also offer laundry and ironing services are not included in the room rate.
The common areas of the house: living room, kitchen and dining room.

Surroundings
Our property is located in the neighborhood of Cayo Hueso, Centro Habana in the heart of Havana. A few meters from our house is the legendary University of Havana. We are located just 10 minutes walk from the Avenida Habanera where you will find hotels, restaurants, bars and places to buy typical crafts of our country. Just 5 minutes from our house is the famous Callejos de Hamel a place of worship to our Afro-Cuban religion where music and mural paintings are fused.

Our main objective is that your stay in our beautiful Havana is a pleasant experience and that is why you always feel like coming back again. Our privileged location in the heart of Havana will allow you to move easily in the city, in addition to the possibility of knowing and at the same time being part of the daily life of Cubans.

I do not accept people who are looking for SEXUAL TOURISM, only those whose interest is to know the country, our customs, traditions or visit us for work or study.
If you have a friend or relative who wants to visit you at home during your stay, you must inform your host and present the relevant identity document of the visitor.
You will be responsible for all the objects in the apartment and must pay an amount of cash in the event of an object being broken or lost. Therefore we inform you that you must require your host to show you the operation of the equipment, so that you can verify that they are in good condition and upon departure the owner has the right to check that everything is in perfect order. (What has been broken or lost you must replenish it either physically or in cash)
