About us
My property was stablised as a rent house in 2001.This house was the property of one of the most rich man here in havana, but was destryed by a fire and was building again for the last owner a cuban woman who live in Mexico now.It is a big house with located in a good neighborhood, thats why I decided to stablish a business renting 4 of my rooms. The hoouse has a big terrace with space to dance ,to receive different kind of lessons incluiding conference, salsa lessons, etc.Everybody here have a

Accommodation
My property has 4 rooms for rent with private bathrooms in each room with hot and cold water.There is a double bed in the first room with an air conditionedand a fan.
There is a double and a single bed in the second room with an air conditioned and a fan.
There are 2 single beds in the third room with an air conditioned and a fan.
There is a double bed in the fourth room with an air conditioned and a fan too.
There are towels ,sheets, pillows in each room.

Services and activities
The house has a terrace for the use of the costumers and also a hall. There is not kitchen to use.
The house offer the service of breakfast, guide tour with an english speaker, salsa and folklore lessons,laundromat,snaps, diferent kinds of couptails ,taxi services and dinner only when people come in groups.

Surroundings
The house is located about 2 bocks from Malecon (the sea), about 3 bocks drom Prado boulevard and close to the historical parts of the city. Around the house are many famous restaurats, paladares,bars and night clubs. Also people can find shops around the house.
