American house of the 50s, located on Bonifacio Martinez street, number 13, . The house is clean, without noisy traffic and is very quiet. The property is 400 meters from the Leoncio Vidal Park and is located near almost all of the historical places, tourism agencies, police stations, shopping and many other places. You will be in a family -like atmosphere when staying here.

Accommodation
The house has four private rooms for rent; Each one is 18 square meters, private bathroom, hot and cold water, hair dryer and refrigerator. Two rooms have two beds, one double and one single (Green and Pink), one with two double beds (lilac) and another with a double bed (Salmon), for a total of 12 people in four rooms. The rooms have private bathroom, natural ventilation through windows, air conditioning, fans, refrigerator with drinks and water bottles.
