About us
We were established here five years ago and are committed to providing a good service and we seek excellence for our business. The house is in a colonial style and is spacious. It is located close to Central Park (only 500 meters away) and the other places of interest in the city. We are people with a keen interest in serving you in the best way. Our intention is for the guest to feel at ease in the house, which is designed in a typical colonial style.

Accommodation
We have two rooms with private bathrooms for rent, with natural ventilation and air conditioning. One of them has two beds and the other has a double bed. Room service includes cleaning, linen and towels.

Services and Facilities
The house has an indoor garden with plants and chairs where guests can sit. In front, there is another common area for smoking and sitting as well. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but if you make a request, we will prepare it at any time for you. The guide service also has to be at guest's request. We also have the number of taxis in case you need them at any time. You can hire excursions to explore the city.

Surroundings
The house is close to the city centre and supermarkets. It is close to any place you want to go, theaters, museums, art galleries, bars, snack bar, restaurants and other places of interest.
