Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

These are your options;

1. Taxi $26.00. Yellow taxis in front of the airport building are safe.

2. (The Cheap Way): Take a shuttle bus from the airport to Rio Coca terminal in Quito. You can buy tickets from the person sitting outside the airport building for $2.00. You need to change at Rio Coca Station. There are two terminals next to each other. Leave the one where you arrive and go the other one just across the street. When you enter the terminal you have to pay $0.25. Take an Ecovia Bus (look for C3 from Rio Coca to Quitumbe. Our stop is Simon Bolivar. There are about 15 stops to our part of the city. It’s a 5 minute walk from the hostel. Please be cognizant of pick-pockets and guard your luggage at all times.

3. (Mid - Price): You can take an airport bus called 'Aeroservicio' from the new airport to the old airport for $8.00. The ticket counter is in the arrival hall at the airport. From the old airport to here you can take a taxi for about $8.00. Combined $16.00. It does not work for 2 and more people. It is not bad for a single traveller considering the taxi fare is $26.00.

From QUITUMBE terminal
Please take an Ecovia bus from Quitumbe terminal to ward Rio Coca. Get off at our stop Simon Bolivar. Cross Avenida Columbia and go up on Julia Castro to Los Rios. The hostel is on the left corner.
