Our B&B has a fantastic central location only a few minutes walk from the Pier, Brighton and the Conference Centre. At the end of road, just a few steps, is Brighton seafront. Many of the rooms have direct sea views.
We welcome guests from across the world and from just around the corner. We will do all we can to help you get the most from your stay, whether you are visiting on a weekend break, working or studying here or just looking for a comfortable B&B in Brighton.

Our Fully en-suite Twin and Double rooms have their own bathroom with shower, or bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. Some of our sea view doubles are large enough for an extra bed to be made up on request.
We also have Semi en-suite Single and Double rooms - shower and wash basin in the room and the toilet seperate and across the landing.
For the budget concious we have a few Attic rooms with shared bathroom facilities. A selection of Double and Triple attic rooms can be combined for groups of up to 15 people
