Studios Floreal is a six individual studio apartments for 2 persons each(21sqm)lift at each level,central location,on the main street of Nice,the largest town of the French Riviera, very close to Monte Carlo ,Cannes,Cap d Antibes.....
Five minutes by walk from the central railway station,
Tram stop just in front of the building,
Close to shops,shopping centers,restaurants,cafes,cinemas,museums(lot of them are free) ,
15 minutes by walk from the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais,the old town,pedestrian zone, very attractive with the green and flowers markets,the monday flea market;
From the port of Nice you can go to a day boat sightseeing trip along the coast of the Riviera

The apartments have a double bed ,a kitchen corner with: refrigerator,oven ,micowave,iron,kitchen utensil,television set;
Bed linen ,bath towel,hair dryer;
The bathroom are with a shower
The minimum stay is 3 nights,
We give you the keys at the check in;
Check in and check out from 9 am to 7 pm,
Payment cash or by CB credit card at the check in,
Cancellation minimum 72 hours by mail,in case of no show,the deposit is lost
