Nice one not so far from center, good stuff.

Nice neighborhood. The hotel was really clean and pretty. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us out. I totally recommend it.

Everything was fine. Staffs are very kind!

The principal advantage of the hotel is the location. It's so near to a metro estation and a supermarket, and a night bus line crosses near too.

nice area, a lot of shops and restaurants, close to a metro station and the center; only 15 minutes walking to the Moulin Rouge.

Basicially clean (we have seen only 1 spider during our 6-days stay) but one shower was molded.

Same price as a hostel but you've got more privacy.

Not rich facilities but of good quality for a reasonable price, pretty well located. Polite friendly personel. The only disadvantage is the absence of an elevator.

any hotel that has a rate for a room and shared bathroom then makes guests pay for showers on top of this price should be shut down for false advertising. Very not impressed with this set up. also the double bed was like a large single. Dont bother booking here if you value sleep, cleanliness and fresh towels/sheets.

Nice stay, basic place but good. Staff are friendly, good atmosphere. However it is not located near to central Paris, it was around 1 hour walk away

Very good for the travelers who want to see a lot in Paris. The Metro station next to the hotel. It is better to have a room with "not shared facilities", if possible:)

I always visit this hotel when I am in Paris, now is renowated and nice as usually. The position is great in the heart of Montmartre and the staff is really helpful. I just love it!

Good, cheap hotel close to the metro station. Room was cleaned every day. I had TV in my room. Access to the internet was quite cheap. Overally, I recommend this hotel.

I was in a double room with WC. The room was nice and clean, the WC is very small but not bad. I don't know the other rooms how they are, but I know that you have to pay 2,50 € to have a shower in the commun WC if you don't have it the your room. The hotel is very close to the underground BROCHANT, so you can move easily. You can have breakfast for 6 euro more. WIFI 1 hour=1 euro. You can go, good relation price-quality.

If you want space to sleep for two people, dont go for a double bed. You will get a single bed and they will say its a double and try to get you in a more expensive room.

If you didn't pay for a room with shower, you'll have to pay extra 2,50 each time/person for taking a shower, which is somewhere in the bachyard..

all staff speak very good english and are very helpful.tv is excellent.many good take-away food shops,metro and 3 bus lines.definitely enjoyed my 10 nights ! only wish i could have booked for longer with hotelsarea.com !

they made us pay for showers on top of our 200 euro and the double bed was bearly double

Stayed 2 nights.

Plus: good price, close to subway, clean room, TV, ok staff.

Minus: shower $ extra, shared wc, BAD NEIGHBOURHOOD.

Total: OK to stay&sleep, NOT for couples or vacations.

It is good if you only use it to sleep. The rooms are small but clean. It is easy to get there, the subway is only one block. The bad things are that y the internet and the showers were not included in the price, you have to pay each time you use it. The bathrooms seem that they don't clean it everyday.

2,5 euro for the shower is way too much...

We styed there 2 nights, and we booked "a room for 2 persons and a toilet", but we got a room with only one small bed, and a horrible (!!!) toilet on the floor which was used by 6 other rooms. The shower was not inclusive so we had to pay it. All in all I would not choose this hostel again.

Im a young 20 year old and not a fussy traveller when it comes to accomo but this hotel was horrifc. Firstly definitely dodgy as everything was cash only and I never recieved a receipt! There were hairs and blood stains on the duvet, the toilet didnt flush and the bathroom mirror light didnt work. There were no chain locks on the door and the window did not close properly not giving it a very safe feel and the staff were downright rude and scary with cameras everywhere in the hotel while they informed us they were 'watching' everything. One friend came back to the room with us one night and the manager followed us to our room and hung around outside and threatened to kick us all out with no refund as there was no receipt or proof of us staying there if we didnt give him more cash on the spot there and then. Location was in 'the ghetto of Paris' and was a good 45minutes on the underground to the eiffel tower/notre dame etc. Worst place I have ever stayed. Very dodgy and I didnt feel safe there at all. Especially to young girls...DO NOT STAY HERE!I am actually considering reporting this place to the authorities.

The location is far from the city centre, but there is a metro station 6-7min from the Hotel on foot. In my room there was no shower, if you want to use the shower, it'll cost you 2,50€ for each time you use it. And the stairs are horrible, if you have a little bit heavier luggage, there is no chance climbing them.

This place is absolutly horrible - they charge you to shower!!! Never stay here cause it is not worth the money. Find a better hostel/hotel!

Hotel is in nice place, near the moulin rouge. If you want to stay here longer than 1 night it's better to take a room with shower and wc because the showers are in the cellar and using them costs extra (2.5) and the shared wcs don't have a sink. Wifi is horribly expensive, 10€ for 24h and doesn't work on iphone.

it was pretty surprising when the manager asked more money than check-in conformation showed. finally everything was ok.

When we first got there we couldnt check in, we had to wait for 2 hours, so we went out and walked around. When we arrived after 2 hours we stilll couldnt check in, we waited another 30 min. Then we wanted a bathroom of our own which the man said was 60 extra and we paid it, then he said it was an exrta 20 euros. Then in our room, we had dirty towels with brown stuff all over them, house keeping never even said sorry!!!

Very tiny room and bathroom, but good location, close to the Brochant metro station. I had no problems with the staff, their English is not VERY good, but we could understand each other. I would recommend for its location.

on the website was written breakfast included. but it wasnt. we had a small bed for two, but only one blanket. so it was very cold.

I called to cancel the first night because the flight from New York was delayed due to bad weather. On the phone they told me that it was ok as I was cancelling it 24 hours prior to check in, but when I got there they charged my the 3 nights, and I coludn't do anything about it.

Not bad, but i thought that there is bathroom on the floor and free of charge...

You have to pay to havea shower if your badroom dont have bathroom. beddressis dirty €2,50 for one douch. horrible.

We had a very bad experience at the hotel. They promised us a price and the next day they wanted more. They lied to us several times. In the beginning they were freindly, but suddently they showed us their real personality. It´s really not a place, that Iwe will suggest for anyone, who wants a stay among nice people-cause they are not! If they get angry at you, they will turn the language into arabic instead of french. The worst hotel we have ever experienced

This hostel is ok, it was the cheapest I could find a week before our arrival. The staff was nice, the rooms very basic, but clean. The only bad things is that you have to pay extra for the shower and that it is a very small one without a window somewhere very far from the rooms.

A bad experience. They promise one thing and supply another. Promised a room with shower and gave a room without toilet or shower, then wanted 2,5 Euro for a shower. We paid for two nights and fdid not stay there, now the clerk wants to debit my credit card for a "lost key". Rude reception clerk. Do not refer people there - EVER

each time you have to pay for the shower 2,50€,(it was not written on the internet site)-the double rooms are ok. The double bed is not so big as a normal double bed, but one can manage it

-although we had a lot of fun. The place is very central, with the metro you can reach everything in e few minutes. Its very close to montmatre, you even can go by foot. The supermarket and the bakery is also very close to the hotel.all in all it´s a nice surounding area.

In a good location close to the metro, and not far from Montmatre, this budget hotel is a good deal. The room we booked had only a sink, and showers were 2.50eur, so make sure you account for this when comparing similarly priced places. Good for a short stay

VIATOR IS A NICE HOTEL , THE LOCATION IS GOOD, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ATENTION IN THE HOTEL, AND THE PLACE AND I FELT VERY RELAXED AND HAPPY.

The staff wasnt able to communicate in englisch and we couldnt check out until 11am so we lost 3h of wonderfull paris!!!

We spend only one night here, but its good for young people and for short-time staying. the room is small with only roofwindow but we were satisfied here.Around 20min from city center. U can smoke here)))

Hostel, not a hotel. Reasonable value for money for Paris, clean and well kept. In a quiet street but not one of the best parts of Paris. Good transport links (Metro station nearby and buses to centre and Gare du Nord).
