About us
The former “Hotel Kolumbus” has been opened in October 2015 as the “A&O Berlin Kolumbus”. The standards are the same as in every A&O Hotels and Hostel of the hotel group. Our guests have the opportunity to book our rich “All-you-can-eat” buffet breakfast or the late check-out for 2:00 pm at the reception. The reception is open 24/7 and our friendly staff will be happy to help and advice you.

Accommodation
The A&O Berlin Kolumbus is located in Lichtenberg. Perfectly connected to the public transport, the A&O is an ideal starting point for city tours in Berlin. Especially the memorial Hohenschönhausen is not far.
Bus and parking (car parking 6,00€ per day) spaces are available..
The rooms are ranging from single to six-bed dorms, equipped with a shower/WC, two or three separate beds or two bunk beds and suit to all kind of budgets. All rooms are equipped with TV

- Ladies, in the event that you are an individual traveler and have booked a space in a multi- bed dorm we would like to inform you that we do offer 'Shared Women Dorms' if you would prefer.

- In all A&O Hotels and Hostels pets are allowed at an extra charge of 5,- Euro per night only in single and double bed rooms, please inquire beforehand.

Guests under the age of 18 years:
From the age of 14 you can stay in our A&O's all by yourself. All you need is a signed declaration of consent from your parents and a copy of the personal identification from the parent who signed the form.


GROUP CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
- 8 weeks prior to arrival date free of charge
- from 55 days to 5 days prior to arrival date 50% of the agreed total price
- from 4 to 2 days prior to arrival date 75% of the agreed total price
- one day prior to arrival date 90% of the agreed total price
We will debit 50% of the agreed total price 8 weeks or less than 8 weeks before arrival from your credit card.
