Perfect Place to stay a couple of night or even more, Clean, quiet and not Crowded. Nice location full of bar and shop .

Very clean, well situated apartment, comfortable bed :-), near the lovely Prenzlauer Berg. If I come back to Berlin again, I'll definitely stay there!

Very nice, basic accomodations, close to S- and U-bahn that will take you anywhere in Berlin. On the 5th floor so be prepared to climb many stairs.

A really great place, perfect location, super clean and spacious and we got a lovely little balcony. Would definitely recommend it!!

good hostel, good rooms. location is great, the center of town is approximately 15 mins away and there is plenty to do in the neighbourhood.

the downside was that after checking out you cant leave your luggage in the hostel in case your flight is later that day.

A very Nice and clean room with tv and terrace. Nice kitchen with fridge and freezer and a very good bathroom. Ón the downside it was a bit noisy

For us the best place for stay if you gonna visit Berlin. In the east zone (the best one for me) and behind the underground station. Close to the center (Alexanderplatz) and with a lot of restaurants, shops, bars, pubs... Schonhauser allee is a great street if you like alternative clothes and music (similar to London's Camden Town). The room was perfect, clean, the water as hot as you want, the kitchen very clean too and the owner/housekeeper is a very sweet and funny man who helped us in everything we wanted. When we come back to Berlin we'll be in Apartment Schulz again, of course!

I really like this hostel (I've been there 3 times!) as it is quite cheap (expecially in autumn/ winter) and it is in Prenzlauer Berg, a lovely quarter full of pubs, entertainments and interesting shops. The owner of the hostel is very kind - there is no reception so it is necessary to tell him the time of arrival. The rooms are quite big (expecially those in Cantianestrasse, as there is another apartment that has smaller roomsl) and furnished with simplicity, but confortable and clean. There is a basic kitchen and also the toilet is shared. I think that the hostel is particularly suitable for couples who want some peacefullness. Only one little thing: there are almost no hooks for coats/clothes (excluding in the wardrobe) and only one bin (in the kitchen).

I really want to recommend this place!! Apartments are really nice and well-equiped! Very close to main centre, great transportation routes! Cosy pubs around:-)

In the area i really wanted to stay, the guys a really easy going, you make your own fun but it would have been good to have flyers or information about things going on day and night

Great stay, great place, very clean and quite accommodation and staff was pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay here in one of the private apartments, close to the station and a few shops, cafes etc.

The apartment was basic but very nice and situated in a cool area. I would definitely recommend it! The only problem was that we had booked twin beds and got doubles instead.

Perfect location in a very nice part of Berlin full of good bar/pubs/restaurants, near metro station. Hostel clean, room for 2 comfortable, only the shared bathroom was always busy...

WE loved the Schulz apartment,the room was very nice, Mr. Schulz is awesome, very nice area with cute restaurants, close to subway and center of Berlin, excellent for couples,we would go back there for sure next time we go to Berlin

A very nice place!

Prenzlauer berg is a great area to stay.. "berliners" around all day long.. a lot of nice shops and pubs around, two underground and train stations in few meters(and a city toilet in front of Eberswalder strasse U station, which is so useful when you go back to hostel after drinking... :D)

The apartment is cheap, clean, confortable,and quite; just 3 rooms plus a kitchen fully equipped (It looks like being at your own place). The land lord is very nice either. Have a nice time.

Really comfortable place, cleaned, nice, with a kind staff, located in the most amousing area of Berlin.

We liked it in Cantianstrasse. Very friendly host. Fine rooms, but we could have done with a couple of hooks for our towels and a waste basket.

The best of Schultz apartment was definetely the owner: Mr. Schultz: he is such a generous guy that before we left the apartment he let us leave our luggage once the contract had expired. We love you!

Highly recommendable: very nice and fun neighborhood, center very close, easy reachable by U-Bahn. Single room that I have stayed in is very nice and new (Ikea furniture), only 2 more rooms in the apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom. Since there is a kitchen, you can prepare your meals, but the restaurants in the neighborhood and quite good and cheaper then in center, so that you can save some money on meals as well.

very nice rooms w beds, common bath/kitchen - all you need in berlin. very nice location in the heart of prenzlauer berg, one of the best areas for food and musik in berlin. prenzlauer berg is part of east berlin, berlin's gay center and home to many nice clubs and shops.

A nice very central placed hostel, Mr. Carsten Schulz is a very polite and active man. We really enjoyed this trip and slept very well.

I really enjoyed staying in Schulz Apartment. My room was very good, clean, and large. The fact we could use the kitchen to prepare some food made my trip to Berlin cheaper than it would have been if I had stayed in a normal hotel. I highly recommend it!

We had this as a family (2 adults + 2 kids , 1J+4J). Very reasonable accomodation for us with private kitchen and bathroom. Right within Prenzlauer Berg area.

NIce and clean and a very nice host, you felt good there.Private atmosphere. Prenzlauerberg is always a very nice place to dine and wounderfull breakefast around the corner.

This is a three-room appartment (2 doubles, 1 single) with a simple kitchen and bathroom to share with the other guests. The very friendly hosts live a couple of streets further so you are basically on your own in the appartment. Gay-friendly environment. Excellent connections to different parts of downtown Berlin.

Well, in my opinion the guy who organizing the rooms was very kind.The room was also clean and has a TV.I stayed just for one night.

Perfectly adequate single room for very good value in a nice neighbourhood. Very clean & quiet (lived in an apartment separate from the hostel centre) and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommendable!
