This new and modern backpacker hostel is located in a former church building, right in the centre of Cologne, with only a five minute walk from the Central train station.

Directions:
Take the train to Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf) or the tram (U 5,16,18) to Dom/Hbf, exit Breslauer Platz and turn left. From there, it is a 5 minute walk (400 m). The hostel entry is across the Savoy Hotel on Turiner Straße.

From Cologne / Bonn airport take train S 13 (runs every 15 minutes) to Cologne Central Station. It is a 15 minute journey.
Free parking is available in front of the Youth Hostel Cologne-Riehl (3 km from Pathpoint Cologne, direct tram connection U 18)

Payment / cancellation:
We accept Credit Cards. Payment needs to be done upon arrival.
If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, the deposit for that night will not be refunded or transferred.

 

 

Terms and conditions

To use our hostels, you need a membership card issued by the youth hostel association of your home country. Please contact your national office.

Your national membership card is valid for local and international travel if your country is a full member of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF).
If your country is not a full member of the IYHF or you have been living in your country of residence for less than 12 months, you can buy a Hostelling International 'Welcome Stamp'. This enables you to use the hostel facilities - you can purchase one stamp each night (EUR 3,10 per stamp) you stay in a hostel, or purchase all six stamps at once (EUR 18,60). With six stamps, your card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note that guests older than 26 years have to pay a surcharge of € 2,00 per person/night.
