Smart Stay Hostel Munich City

The room was very clean, the staff was great very friendly and helpful. The room could use more plugins and/or power stations to charge devices.

La verdad es que quedé enamorada con el smart stay hostel de Munich, el lugar está lleno de vida, es súper limpio, muy seguro, el staff del hotel es muy amable y siempre están ahí para ayudarte, los recepcionistas Agustín y Joe son excelentes chicos muy llenos de energía y siempre logran que uno esté feliz y que la pase muy bien, muy céntrico!

Fui a otros hostales en diferentes países, pero ninguno como este, 100% recomendado!

Actually I'm in love with the smart stay hostel in Munich, the place is full of life, is super clean, super safe, the hostel staff Is very kind and they are always there to help you, the receptionists Agustin and Joe are excellents guys full of energy and the always make you happy and make you hace a great time, it's very centric!

I've been in another hostels in different countries, but none like this one, 100% recommended!

Good position, very near to the metro station, only 2 stops to the centro city.Kindly staff and cute place.I don't like the breakfast.

great faculty! even a TV and a bar in the loggy hall. Wifi with high speed.

Great position. The only problem was in our room was no waarm water in the shower. Otherwise it was a great place for a good price.

I liked the location,but hostel was not good enough:The internet was paid,and I had to pay for it 2€:(the room was not comfortable!I hope this hostel will be better:)

Very good place and very nice staff.

+ Very easy to find and located in a walk-able distance to the main station (15 mins walk)

+ Helpful staffs.

- Floor is wet in the bathroom and no foot towel.

- no number on the bed so don't really know which bed is still available.

Good for this teenagers and backpackers at reasonable price.

I will stay there again if I travel alone ;)

The male staff who worked at the reception at night should consider to leave his job. it just looks like that he doesn't wanna do it, reflected by his facial expression and way his talk, impolite!

Fantastic hostel, had a great time!

I heard that it was close to the station but I took a taxi to get here finally. I stayed at a 6 bed-room and the room was full on that night. The toilet cover was too dirty to sit on and the drain system in the shower room was a little bit bad. One of the roommates came back very late while I was sleeping and made noise for a while. Breakfast was basically okay.

it is really wonderful, it is just a bit expensive, but they have a very good service and very good location. the point is that they charge you for every thing :) but i highly recommend it.

the staff were not only sexy and gorgeous but also very helpful. had a great time and am coming back for sure.

The bathroom always smelled like pi... even the one on the bottom. =(

Good budget hostel to stay in.

Very helpful staff, ask them anything you want and they'll help you. Right next to a tube station, two stops from the city center.

Great hostel. Very modern with new facilities, toilets, showers, etc. Everything is very clean. The rooms are large so you don't feel cramped at all. The staff are very helpful. It is two stops from Marienplatz and the central train station, but it is right next to a metro station making it very easy to get anywhere. It is a large hostel and can sometimes be taken over by large school groups. Definitely recommend as a comfortable place to stay.

near to the station, the staff is very nice. It was our mistake that my friend can't make it to the hostel and the staff didn't charge me for the other bed, I really appreciated it.

The staff was so friendly especially Frankie...the place is near to city center and very convenient near to Mc Donalds and U Banhn station. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and friendly rooms, nice staff, but no air condition and wifi.

staff is very helpful especially the lady in the morning.

In the room of the hostel there were no chairs, no table, no personal light near the bed.

In the kitchen there weren't furniture so was impossible to prepare something to eat or to drink.

I said this to the staff and the answer was that they know and that they will buy again the furniture the day after but it doesn't happen.

One of the best hostels I´ve ever been! Very cheap with great conditions. It´s a little bit far from train station. The reception is very good the atmosphere is awesome and the rooms are simply the best! Really love this hostel. I trully recommend to everyone whose thinking to go to munich.

Un ostello molto carino, con un personale gentile e disponibile ad aiutare e sale comuni accoglienti. Non è molto pulito, ma nel complesso è un buon posto in cui alloggiare. Ci ritornerei.

A very nice hostel, with a kind and helpful staff and hospitable common rooms. Not so clean, but it's a nice place where to stay. I would come there again.

The rooms are clean and warm during winter, the position is very good being situated close to the central station and Marienplatz. There is a bar inside the hostel where you can hang out, also you can play pool. I would stay there again if I had the chance.

The place was neat and clean, the rooms were a great size, and the hostel was in a good location. Overall I have no complaints, and would gladly stay there again.

I had a good stay at the hostel. The room was great as well as the breakfast and clean toilets. Also the bar and the lobby is good but need more electricity contacts for computers. The kitchen was really bad. No equipment and bad stove. Also better refregirators is needed.

Only I didn't like the internet service, was really awful; everething else was good.

The staff were very helpful, the location was great. Will be back again!!

The hostel was very nice but the top bunks had many curly hairs and the blankets had some dark stains. But okay considering the price and everything else.

Hot Tubs are needed to boost "atmosphere". Actually, hot tubs are generally a great idea, bring on the hot tubs! :)

Definitely recommend staying here. Great location, lots of resources (city tour information, etc.), friendly staff, relatively close to the train station, free luggage storage, great price, facilities had bathrooms in rooms. great.

I suggest this Hostel to other traveller because it's a very nice place to stay.

Next a U-Bahn station, you can find it without problem and staff is friendly.

Room was clean, big and prize for an 8 bed is very cheap.

When I'll come back in Munich I'll return in this Hostel!

Absolutely lovely laid out rooms, good space, nice clean beds, cnt comment on fun factor really as only stayed one night, but looked good! would deinatly use this hostel again and recommend it!

very comfy beds, lighting in room was too dim. wrong information was given for the neuschwenstein tour and as a result my friends and i could not go for the tour.

The position is excellent for the oktoberfest because you takes only 5 minutes to arrive at the wies'n camp.. I slept only 1 night so i can't give more useful information.. bye

It's close to the railway station and not far from the city center. It's rather clean, but unfortunately it was very noisy during the night we were there.

Excellent location, 15 minute walk to Marienplatz or Central station. Rooms clean, would ask about the special offers with the Restaurant - Great Pizza.
