The Small Village ***

Description

The Small Village covers an area of 20.000 square meters outskirts of Mastichari,on seven asymmetrical levels staring at the Aegean Sea.

It is comprised of 18 three-story lodges – each with its own garden -, the reception area, the restaurant, the Pool bar, , the Gym and the swimming pool.
The philosophy of our creation is for the resident of this village to feel the atmosphere of a village, to live and savor nature without having to forgot the comforts of modern living.

The Architecture is in complete harmony with the environment proposing only to add a pleasant and cheerful note to the landscape

The village has 18 ground floor apartments of 55 square meters each and 18 maisonettes of 85 square meters that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase.

Every apartment has the ability to accommodate 2-3 persons n one bedroom with double or twin bed(s), large wardrobe, desk, bathroom with bath-tub, hairdryer, open plan living- room with comfortable (convertible) sofa-bed, kitchenette with electric cooking rings and fridge, remote control air-conditioning, satellite t/v. Stone terrace with table and chairs. Garden and or sea-view.

Maisonettes 18- Maisonettes of 85 sq. m each

Each maisonette has the ability to accommodate 2-5 persons, in two main bedrooms, one on the second floor and one on the third floor of each building, with separate Bathrooms with bath-tub , hairdryer. Open plan living room – with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette with electric cooking rings and fridge, remote control air-conditioning, satellite t/v, Stone terrace with table and chairs. Balcony with table and chairs.
