About us
'Garden Lane Backpackers' is a brand new, stylish and contemporary hostel in a convenient city centre location, the Dublin Liberties area, neighbor of Christ church area. Our aim at Garden Lane is to make your stay in Dublin as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, making you feel right at home, while providing a high quality service at a budget price.

Accommodation
We offer comfortable accommodation in 4, 6 and 8 bed dorms (including female only dorms) each room with its own wi-fi router. Linen is free (yes, we'll make your bed for you) and we provide high quality mattresses and individual reading lights to ensure a high level of comfort. Each bunk bed also comes with its own power socket, and an under-bed locker to secure your luggage. All the dorms are cleaned daily and the beds are always made with fresh linen. Services and activities
On the top floor we have a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals, including plenty of fridge space and tea/coffee/hot chocolate at any time. From 7:30 to 10 in the morning we provide a free breakfast with 2 types of bread, 4 types of Jam, 2 types of peanut butter, 3 types of cereals and yes … the real brand NUTELLA! Surroundings
We're tucked away in a side street just off of Francis Street. It’s a great location for visiting the Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery, Christchurch Cathedral, Saint Patrick Cathedral, Dublin Castle and the Brazen Head - Ireland's oldest pub! And we're only a ten-minute walk from popular hot spots like Grafton Street, Temple Bar, Camden area and Trinity College. Why should you stay with us
Our international staff is very knowledgeable about things to do and see in- and outside of Dublin, and we are always happy to offer you (practical) advice or to draw on our own experiences. As we are affiliated with several tour companies, we can offer you some great free or budget options to explore the city and the rest of Ireland. Terms and conditions

Please note that people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry to the Hostel. Management has the right to refuse admission
Please note the property will charge payment 1 day prior arrival.
A VALID Passport (Non-EU citizens) or driving licence (EU citizens) is required in order to complete the check-in procedure from all guests. Guests are also required to show the card they completed the payment upon arrival.
Age Restrictions: 18-60 years old
Reception is open from 12 PM until 8 PM. Check-in is from 3 PM. Please inform Garden Lane Backpackers in advance of your expected arrival time since late arrivals must be arranged in advance. You can use the special requests box or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Groups of 4 and more guests, a security deposit of EUR 30 per person is required upon arrival for incidentals / misconduct. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please contact the property for group bookings over 12 people
Please note that there will be a €30 fee for each lost, damaged or not returned key.
Car park is available for €10 a day.

Guests in groups of 2 people and more wishing to be accommodated in the same dorm room will need to contact the property prior to arrival for their preference. This will be subject to availability

Upon check-in, all guests must provide a proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. Guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in.
