Cancellation and/or modify are accepted if made at least 7 days prior arrival date, during new year, Easter, and all Pitti's Fairs cancellation policy is extended up to 21 days prior arrival date; late cancellation/modify or no-show penalty is 100 percent of the total amount of stay for all rooms reserved.
During new year, Easter and all Pitti's fair the minimum stay of all booking is 3 nights we will reject all booking made for 1 night and no refund is due.
