The villa is located in a residential area, fine and very quiet, the Cure, at the foot of Fiesole, 15 minutes from the motorway exit Firenze Sud

It is close:

* the Old Town, which is a 15 minute walk and 5 minutes by bus;
* Stadium and the indoor stadium, which hosts most of the citizens of musical events, walking distance in 15 minutes by bus in 3 minutes;
* Fiesole, the ancient Etruscan and Roman city, a 10-minute bus ride and 5 minutes by car.

The entrance is in Via V. Borghini, No. 23 , 80 meters from P.za the Cure. The entrance to the parking lot at no 25.
