Location and price excellent.
Warmth welcome of the host.
Bed comfortable.
However, dirty bathroom and shower and room not so clean.

Right in the center. Room was clean, bathrooms were okay. Free Wi-Fi. Big kitchen. Veröffentlicht nice people there, try to help, always avaiable via phone. Great for zur money!!!

Iris Florentina was incredibly charming, spacious, and clean. Gemma (reception) was so friendly and helpful. The location was superb, and there were so many free facilities (kitchen, computers, library, lounge) available. Our only complaint is that we wished we had known beforehand it was a language school, because we would have definitely stayed longer and taken an Italian class! :)

Hotel staff greet us before we reach, and courtesy show us our room and the hotel amenities. The room is big and clean, while the hotel is at the center of the plaza, which is perfect to go anywhere by walking distance.

clean room, community bathroom clean, fresh; great location,close to the train station and all the sights, very helpful staff; opportunity to prepare meals in the public kitchen; guest house is located on the second floor building adress booking, it does not have own signage, entrance porch with hotel Pendini; overall we are very satisfied.
