One World Apartments

I strongly do not recommended this place, This is a fraud, when I arrive to Florence I contacted to the apartment staff, they told to me that my reservation was canceled by them, When I asked to staff how to figure out my accommodation they just say "solve your problem by your own", that is no all, they cancel my reservation and they try to charge the amount of reservation to my credit card twice. So carefuller and do not trust in this place...

one world is not supposed to be at your browser because they are rib off tourist like us with so many cost coam up un acceptable such as elec., tower, bed linen, and clean up cost.

I´ve really like the apartment, because had all facilities for cooking, sleeping, and have fun. The sights were so nice, and I´ll go again to the same apartment!!

it's in quite part in oltrarno....just 10min from the duomo...not bad!

It was really good surprise to have everything you need there:towels,shampoo,soap,full kitchen suplies.Comfortable and beautyful!

There isn't enough information about these apartments in the website and if you write to the staff they don't say you a word. If you must arrive after 6 p.m. you have to pay 30 euro in order to have the keys, and there isn't a person who gives them to you: you must go to a building and introduce a number code to enter and have a letter with the keys, like a mistery film!!

And you must to leave a 200 euro deposit!!

We ask for twin beds and they gave us a double bed so we had to find a solution the second day.

But the rest was fine: very clean, big apartment, good decoration, near the Palazzo Pitti and the Ponte Vecchio.

The apartament is great, it is a very nice place to rest and stay. We were very, very happy.
