OStellin Genova Hostel

Very recommended place, it has everything you want from a hostel and they are very nice

This was a great affordable place to stay. We really appreciated Mateo's advice and we felt like he gave us the best food for sure for the best price as well as advice on so many things to do. My husband and I stayed in the double private room and it was very quiet. Comfortable place and I loved all of the reclaimed décor. We are a little older for hostel travel (mid 30's), but felt welcome and met some other very interesting travelers there as well. Mateo was an amazing host and I would highly recommend this property for cleanliness as well as comfort and the host is one of the best hostel hosts that I have ever met.

Great hostel that feels just like home :) Everything has been thought from a backpacker point of view which made my stay so comfy and easy. It was also great to meet the owners that speak many languages and are easy-going. Breakfast included is a bonus and being waking up by the smell of Italian coffee is priceless ;)

I accidentally booked the wrong day, but when we arrived at 10 pm exhausted and no where to turn, the owners were so nice and helpful and booked us a room down the street since they were full, and didnt make us pay for my screw up! hopefully get to go back someday, such a beautiful building and great vibe! thanks again guys!

Apart from some minus things, the hostel is really a superb one. And that is the reason why I give it a full rating. I enjoyed so much my stayed here. And thanks to the owners for helping me plan the visit while in Genoa and cinque terre.

It's a very new hostel and it definitely feels that way. The owners are frequently the ones who are there and are amazing at making sure everything is taken care of. I stayed there while I was traveling to present a conference and had access to a shower/clothing iron/breakfast before I left. The fact that it's perfect for backpackers is a given. I really enjoyed the kitchen/high ceilings and it feels a lot like a fancy apartment rather than a hostel.

The Hostel is one of the nicest i have ever stayed in! It ist very nicely decorated, clean and quiet at night. But most importantly we felt like staying over at a friends house :) The staff and the other guests were really nice. Thanks a lot for making Genova a great experience!

Ostellin is a great place to start exploring the city. It's very unique old majestic building and very individual interior makes it even greater. Thanks to the friendly owners we got to see all the cool places. Thank you!

Just a perfect place with great people! Thanks to them I really felt at home. The hostel is perfectly clean, and designed with style, the staff is very helpful, they make the atmosphere really familiar and full of fun. Grazie a Isabella, Davide e Matteo!

Very nice guys at the reception, at least 2 out of 3, and great hospitality. Kids are welcome, I would encourage families to go there, although it is not clear if they pay or not. Location is perfect, very close to porto antico and downtown.

It was really a nice hostel. The staff is friendly. My recommendation is put a board or a sticker on the corner. So people can easily find the exact place.
